Help me find this video please??

[I have WHAT in my yard?]

A few years back, national geographic had a little film clip showing the former soviet union in pictures at night. The pictures showed how the center of the country is going dark as people are leaving areas that are no longer subsidized by the government.

Now I cannot find it. Help?? I want to help my niece use it in a school project on russia but I can't find it.....
