help me i dont know what to do !

hi,
i am new to backyard chickens but when i went out this mornig one of my chickens was sitting down under the coop and was opening its beak and breathing through her breaak making and high pitch whistle.
does any one have any idears? please help me

i think she has a blocked nose now but stil would love to know if any one knows how to un block it.

things are now not looking so good she is beoming more distrested
