Help me identify the breed of my new rooster

Looks like a leg horn but yes very thin and poor condition where did u get him? X

i bought him in Lebanon where i live. In my country people use this breed in Rooster fights and they mix many asian breeds together to get strong genetics

If you just got him recently you could give him a bit of glucose water to take the sting off his being so ragged. It won't solve it but might give you some safe zone to fatten him up after making him less danger in stability. People do this with chicks often, but its basically a dehydration strategy. (Like IVs at the hospital. Although IVs will have a tiny bit of salt also.)

I think that thinking about this like you are treating someone with dehydration and malnutrition together in one may help.

You could give him some mashed up peas and corn with some grain for a few days also (possibly bits of boiled egg also, as long as you don't think it will train him to steal eggs). And some extra treats. I would NOT give him too much at once, because there have been cases with people and animals where for example, when rescuing people in the desert, if you give them too much water and food too fast they can die right there from it, until normalcy is achieved in both his weight and how much he should normally eat. (The idea of people dying from drinking too much water when dehydrated is weird right? Its happened here that I can remember from some people that got lost on hikes, etc). So I would carefully measure the food and do small bursts, and increase it day by day. Also you may need to keep him isolated while weak from other roosters or animals that may see him vulnerable.

Side note; there's a lot of trouble going on in that area where you are and where you got him. Which you know about much more than I do.

But this could explain why he looks so ragged, if people are having trouble with food on the table for even the humans, then the animals definitely suffer also.

From your comments it does sound like some of him being thin may be breed related still, but I don't think that he should be that thin still.

If you knew what you were talking about you would know that type of chicken is thin and tall with very tight feathering. They are heavy when held. Solid and compact
