Help me identify these two crosses!

I have 7 or 8 chicks that I hatched. They are either full blue australorp (blue black and splash) or half americauna half blue australorp. They are two weeks old. How can I tell them apart when their feather colors are the same?

Ones from the Ameraucana parent should have beard/muffs - look for some chubby cheeks. I’m sure there are other ways too, but that is what I would do.

Single combs are most common, and what your australorps should have (on a smaller scale). Pea combs are smaller and have rows of 'peas'.

These are a few of them. Some have a wide/flat comb and some have a single sharper comb.
