I am unsure what breed of chicken it is, he/she is a bantam has fuzzy feet and is about a week old.

Idk what breed but if I had to guess some sort of bramha
But it's a lovely looking thing u should ask the breeder what breed it could be

This was one of my Millie Fleur d'Uccles. They all looked the same. IDK about Brahma or Cochin though. All my Cochins were silver laced and locked black and yellow as chicks. No blue ones

That chick looks exactly like the other chick we got!We got 2 Bantam chicks and 3 standard ones,we thought it was a bantam buff Brahma but I guess we were wrong.

D’Uccle, if it gets spots Mille Fleur, if not buff Colombian.

D’Uccles usually have slate legs and Brahma have yellow. Otherwise it can be hard to tell the difference in the chicks except d’Uccle have single combs and Brahma have pea combs. With hatchery stock leg colour varies.
