Help me identify this guy!

Ok well with that being said, if he is an Asian Black how are their temperament?
He seems to be not overly aggressive with others when we are around my hens but he keeps jumping on and pecking my ducks. Should that make me nervous?

It would make me nervous, but it depends on how bad it is. If he's doing it all the time or is really violent, then I might try to keep him separate. You know best-- if it's not a big problem then I wouldn't worry.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Black Sex Link cockerels are barred.

All I've ever seen were barred. Unless a hatchery is using in a new crossing that I'm unaware of. But they typically use the barring gene for sexlinking as its the easiest and most definitive to detect at hatch.
