Help me identify this parasite so I can get rid of it.

I have treated their pullet coop and my little girls with chicken powder. I was assuming it was mites but maybe not. I'm attaching pictures of the worst off girl.

I cannot zoom into the pictures you posted.
I cannot see any parasites.
I do see a lot of pin feathers coming in on her.
 
If your bird does have creepy crawlies, my suggestion would be to get some permethrin spray or concentrate and spray the birds.
Here is a chart made by a BYC member for the different permethrin concentrates. I use the 0.50% ratio.
