Haven't seen the photo yet, but I believe the tail dropped part may be indicative of being egg bound.

Can you feel an egg in her abdomen?

I would take her into the house and watch her. Her comb is small and pale.

She is standing like she's trying to pass an egg. She may have one stuck!

Another thing, her crop looks HUGE but that may be from the way she's standing.

I'd say from the looks of her she is eggbound....your going to have to read up on eggbound hens......I just lost one to this, had to put her down and I tried everything to help her.....
