Help me name my Bull Terrier puppy!

I agree with this 100%. I don't know of any reputable breeders of ANY breed who advertise their pups on puppyfinder.com. that's a web site for puppy mills and back-yard breeders. It is an adorable little dog and I'd hate to see you end up with a pup that has genetic health problems.

Hey now, I actually do and I assure you I am a very reputable breeder. There are a few other good, reputable breeders that keep an ad on Puppyfind to hopefully intercept people from buying from these mills and BYBs. I can't tell you the number of people I've been able to steer in the right direction based on the inquires I get (there's also a lot of idiot replies, but it's easy to hit that delete button

).

It's very easy to tell the good breeders from the puppy millers, BYBs, and scam artists if you educate yourself a little. This BT breeder looks like she is just out to make a buck based on her ad and website. She is a cutie, but please check out the breeder. No reason to support an unethical breeder, it doesn't turn out well for anyone.

A much better place to start searching for any breed is the AKC's breed club. Find code of ethic breeders there and if you don't want a show dog or a pup to breed, then get a pet-quality pup from one of these breeders. They usually cost less and come with a spay agreement, but they will still have the good genetics behind them.

Leave this kid alone with the "backyard breeder/health testing" blah blah blah... She wants a BT, maybe she'll luck out & get a decent pup. If she doesn't hopefully she'll learn from the experience and make better, more informed choices in the future.

Nobody who has 'fallen in love' with a puppy is likely to decide against that particular pup ---

All the this is not a 'responsible breeder' info is just an assumption of the part of those giving advice -- none of us knows this breeder or has seen the puppy ---
