What do you look for? These chicks are 3 weeks - feathering out great! Ive only ever had meaties so this is a different excitement seeing these guys/gals grow.

Look at the combs. Color and size. Same with the wattles. 6 weeks is a good time to start unless you see a growth streak in those areas.
 
When posting pics to determine genders get clear shots of their combs without red light or anything obscuring the photo. You are looking for developed combs and wattles and in some breeds male or female specific colors. As of right now you may have one cock, but still too young to tell. Updated pictures when they are 4-8wo.
