Help me out with a paper im making...PLEASE

Im ordering some coturnix next year for selling there eggs at farmers market but I want to make a paper about there eggs and such.Im selling there eggs for eating and I might bring in live birds just to show.And maybe ill try and sell some fertilized eggs and maybe even adults too.Im also raising buttons and want to sell them also.So whats so good about eating quail eggs?Why is raising quail such a good hobby?I already know a bunch of info but I f anyone could help me out ill be happy.

We are raising quail for eggs for a few reasons:

*they are really cute devilled
*they are the perfect size for my small children, who think it's a riot to eat the tiny eggs fried
*my son, who is sensitive to chicken eggs, is not sensitive to quail eggs
*quail are more efficient than chickens at producing eggs, when comparing them lb for lb.

Quail eggs are used in Bento boxes and sushi.
