That’s all great but neosporin will do nothing for diarrhea or coccidiosis which is very common and deadly to chicks.

Neosporin won't do anything as she isn't wounded. Get her to a vet.... most likely she need Corid.

Yeah, you could just buy some Corid at your local Tractor Supply Company or whatever farm store you have, they always carry that stuff. About $25 or so? See if that works because visiting the vet might cost you a lot more! And many aren't familiar with chickens unless they are like poultry specialists.

After you clean her up, find a piece of hardware cloth wire and make a separating wall in your brooder and that way they will still be together. The other one will not be able to peck that way and the injured one can heal.

Right, they CAN just give corid, but they had already decided to take the chickie to the vet..... AND I was negating the neosporin actually doing anything. I keep Corid, as well as a stocked Chicken first aid kit, for my chickens.
