Yeah, you could just buy some Corid at your local Tractor Supply Company or whatever farm store you have, they always carry that stuff. About $25 or so? See if that works because visiting the vet might cost you a lot more! And many aren't familiar with chickens unless they are like poultry specialists.Neosporin won't do anything as she isn't wounded.
