*Help me PLEASE*

hi, I have black australorp hens that just reached maturity a little over a month ago. 2 of them have been laying, comb fully deleoped, bright big and red. what can I do to make the rest of them start to lay? is it because of the fall/winter season? should I give them more light? they have access to the correct food and water all day long. what can I do? they need to start laying to earn their keep lol

They won't lay no matter what you try til their hormones hit maturity.

It may take until spring, you could try light but it hasn't help me yet ( 3 lady ducks 5 buff Orps. All over 6 months not an egg yet )
