help me save my chick!

So today is day 24 last night when i went to bed i had eggs rolling around. This morning nothing. I have a small incubator that corrects temp and humidity pretty fast when lid is open. I took one out held up to my ear tapped on it and heard nothing. So i made a peep hole in the air sac. I see a beak but its already too late. 1st what could of happened? Second all of them were like and when i got to the last eggtopsy to my surprise i had one still alive! But it hasned made an internal peep. Im wondering if my cheap incubator was actually performing correctly with what the gage says. Anyway i broke away the air sac on this chick whom i thought would be dead like the rest and made the smallest nick and saw blood. It stopped bleeding without anything bit what do i do now??? I read the hatching 911 and put it back in the bator and raised himidity high and keep wetting the membrane put a wet paper towel inder it.. please help!!

I believe your assessment of your incubator is probably correct. Temperature or humidity was, most likely, incorrect. You have already done what can be done. Keep the incubator closed as much as you can so the chick does not become chilled. Good luck.
