Help me tell my DH he is wrong..BR Roo?

I have posted many times with questions about the sex of my babies but now my DH swears this one is a hen. I havent heard "it" crow yet but i have seabrights in the same pen and i think they are the dominate roos so that is my explaination on why it hasnt crowed yet. What do you think? "It" is about a year old. A friend was moving away to college and her family couldnt afford to keep "Obama" or 6 other RIR. So, please help me tell my DH she is a he or did I lose?
