HELP ME! THE MITES ARE BACK WITH REINFORCEMENTS!

I got rid of them twice before and now they are back. There's so many. i've never seen this many at once. like a hundred mites are sitting on each egg when i go to collect them. I JUST cleaned out the coop. I scrubbed it and sprinkled mite powered in before the bedding and on top of the bedding and they are still here. What do i do? What am i doing wrong that makes them keep coming back?

I clean it about once every other month and in the winter every month and they have a ton of dusting space that ive been putting DE into

No, i've never seen that happening. I use a grandpas feeder
