Actually I have heard that there is blue color around the neck of males and green around the neck of females.. But when I see from one side it seems to be green and from other side it seems to be blue

Hens and chicks only fan out of aggression. Males will fan to attract or as a threat display. The peachick could be a Spalding. That would explain color, more of a black color in the middle of the wing that has barring. Triangular face with long narrow crest feathers.

So what's the conclusion?? Male or female?? Its of about 2 months.. May it will grow more barring and become a male?? What do you think??

I would say hen. My males would show by 2 months.
