I wasn't planning on a second level at all but maybe I will feel adventurous after my recent success with this nesting box haha. I will be working more on it today after I get off work.

Well I was able to get a little more work done on it. Between my work and 2 toddlers it's coming along slow but I'm really enjoying building this thing. . Below is the inside nesting box installed and the outside picture with my little egg door that isn't yet installed. Waiting on that stain to dry.

Looks good so far. Don't forget to add a lip to the front of the nest boxes to keep bedding and eggs from falling out.

One set of shutters on. All that's left is to put the front shutters in the "door" and put the roof back on!!

My hand is covered in band aids but seriously I have enjoyed doing this so much. I made sure to put a lip on the front of the egg boxes. I appreciate all the tips and suggestions.
