Yes the ribbons are upside down to make you ask "Y"? Y-did she have to die so young? Y-can't he live to see his son grow to be a man? Y-can't she watch her grandaughter walk down the isle? Y-did she have to loose who she was? Y-do we have to fear the next one will be us?
Each ribbon represents a member of my family that has died from Cancers, Lou Gerig's Disease or Alzhiemers Disease. With all the money in research and all the minds that are out there researching it, Y-does it keep happeing???
