Milling your own feed

We are wanting to look into milling our own layer feed.
We already mill feed for our hogs, and we've been seriously considering it for our layers, but I want to make sure we have a "recipe" to be sure the hens are getting all they need.

Does anyone mill their own layer, and do you have a sheet of your mix rates?
