Help me with a breed determination please!!

I don't think it's a Dominique--it should have a spot on the back of the head which I don't see. I don't think it's an Old English, because I'm fairly sure they have single combs (that are often dubbed), same with Minorca. I don't think Dark Cornish because the legs aren't yellow and the chicks usually have more pattern.

If Minorca was brought up, maybe rosecomb? However, they're bantams.

My guess is that if the chick came from a hatchery that has Jaerhons, that it may be from Ideal. Maybe look at the Shamo.

You might just have to wait a few weeks.

Americauna?
No way those birds are Ameraucanas, sorry

Thank you to all who answered. I will give it a few more weeks to truly see but I have come to the conclusion that this bird is most likely a Black Ameraucana or an Olive Egger! The markings, beak, legs etc... match that breed. I have a lighter colored Ameraucana (blue eggs) that is older and I got that one older so it didn't even occur to me to consider that breed. I have seen pictures now of chicks that are Olive eggers and it sure looks like a match.

Still trying to figure out the breed of this chicken. It is 16 plus weeks now and I still don't know. I am posting pics. Anyone who has some ideas please send them my way. As far as pics go, they don't do the bird justice. It's a slimmer bird, slow to mature, is mostly black with a green sheen, but has gold/copper/brown (not sure) throughout but especially on the neck. It has light somewhat slate colored legs with no feathers or fur on them. It is tall, has a long neck and prefers to roost high in comparison to my others. It has a bright red face right now, no sure about the comb. Help.
