Help me with my chicken!

Hi guys,
so i have one problem with my one chicken. She is weak, she won’t eat, i give her pureed food(I mixed vitamin B and D, oats, carrot and apple)and some water(i give one spoon of sugar in water).
She is just laying on floor(she can also stand up and sleep on feet), her eyes are always closed(she open the eyes a little when I talk to her).
She is also very skinny. Her poop is like diarrhea(watery and yellow)
Can someone help me what can i do with her?

Run through the check list; check for:

Lice/mites
worms
coccidea
Respiratory ok?
Nostrils clear?
How does her crop feel?
Pictures of poop would help. I'd be betting on coccidea [& possibly a combination of other things] for which you will need Amprolium. I think the brand name is corid in the States. Lots of things will cause watery poop, including worms, which can kill if left untreated.​

I don’t live in States I live in Evrope and we don’t have here the Amprolium. I have one medicine caled Vermox(it used to treat parasites in people) but i don’t know if i can give him a bit of this medicine. She is breathing ok, nosetrils are also ok, her crop is empty but when i feed her i fell that her crop grow a little

Vermox is a dewormer it won't treat Coccidiosis.

I give her Vermax and when she pooped i saw one worm came out. I give her briquetts(mixed with water) then i give her pureed food(banana,broccoli, oats and some vitamins) i also give her some bread. I need to give her food with small spoon, because she won’t eat alone of drink.

What is briquetts?

Do you have normal poultry feed like layer feed or chick starter?
Does she have access to grit (crushed granite/small rocks)?

Worming her was good, but I would still treat her for Coccidiosis and feed her a nutritionally balanced poultry feed.

Oh sorry i mean pellets for chicken. Yes she access to everything she needs,but she won’t eat of drink at all. I think that is too late

Oh I'm sorry

Will she swallow if you drip water beside her beak? I would try to get fluids into her if possible and not worry with food right now.
