HELP me with my incubator

I have got a 56 egg incubator and i am having trouble

I have used and food thermometer and bulb thermometer and now got a probe thermometer in there and they have all read different things. You can callibrate the temperature but if i adjust by one degree the other thermometers go too high or too low. I have 36 eggs in there and it is day 16 and i don't know what to do as there is about 12 with a living thing inside.

Could you calibrate just one thermometer so you know that’s correct? Then ignore the incubator readings.

What kind of incubator is it? Fan or still air?
