Help me with this chicken

Hi! I have a chicken who does not speak, does not lay, does not crow, does not mate, is not mated, and bites me. TSC said it was an RIR, but it does not look like my other one. It pecks all my chickens, but I have a big coop with a lot of space for everyone. but I do not have a pic.

The gender should be extremely obvious by now. If it is indeed a RIR and hen it should be laying now. Only pictures will tell!
