Help me with this darn hova bator 1610 egg turner please

I have the egg turner in the hova bator and the eggs are in it but I just crack the lid and turn the arm several times a day. I think my turner works- at least i know its getting power to it but i don't know how to get the arm onto the little piece that connects to the motor. It seems to far away no matter how I try to put the racks. Help!

I'm not sure how to help you either. There is a little cap sort of piece that covers over the top of the slits that lead to the holes where the racks should rest. You should be able to remove that and have the racks drop right into the holes they belong in so that the arm move and turn the eggs. Sorry I can't be of more help
