My eggs are still in the incubator. How many days should I wait to take the unhatched eggs out?

About 3 to 5 days. Depends on how long you personally feel you should. A few extra days gives any laggers a chance to hatch.

I'd say a week for i had a batch that i put in the bator all at the same time and one hatched 6 days later but its all up to you.
