help!! Meat birds getting huge abscess looking think on neck

Hi so my new batch of meat birds I just picked up three days ago are already looking sick. I just noticed one bird with a huge abscess looking thing on her neck like its gullet is on the outside. What in the world is going on? Two others have the same thing just milder
