Help missing feathers

i just noticed 1 of the little ones have been bullied and seen that she/he is missing feathers

i was wondering will grow back? i have brought the chicken in the house untl she/he gets bigger...

They more than likely will grow back. I put a little cayenne pepper on mine and it works wonders. It cotterizes the spot and for some reason the others don't much like it when they go to peck again. I wouldn't do this unless it's bleeding bad or your planning on putting her back out now. Oh btw it doesn't hurt them either.
