Help! Momma ate a chick and almost a second!

I'm amazed the first chick made it! It was hatched intentionally 2 days early and a bloody mess from the egg. He didn't soak everything up inside the egg, but is eating and drinking well. The second one is a female. I'm keeping 2 females and the rest are to be rehomed. My neighbor was suppose to take the hatch, but changed her mind. I only wanted one chick for momma and I did this hatch for my neighbor. My coop is maxed out for winter with the two new chicks. Summer doesn't matter since I free range all day. I will have to rehome 3 chicks. I'll keep 2 myself. My kids are happy. The BR/EE will have the EE look with the barred color.:). She has a pea comb and puffy cheeks! I'll hopefully get green(olive) eggs from her. If I only get one female, I'll have to rehome them all. My hubby won't allow roosters.

The three eggs in my incubator are still alive. I can see strong veining in them. Out of 7, 6 were viable. One chick was eaten and I threw out the one with no air sac and vein development away last night. I do not need an exploding egg.

My broody is still in the nest. She has two more eggs under her that I used for the incubator to test. I don't know if I should hatch them out or let them stop. I will most likely stop them tonight, they are 5-6 days in. I wasn't expecting to take on chicks. Since they are in my home, they are now my responsibility. I hope someone takes all 3 together straight run with one boy so far.

I'll have to reintegrate my broody. I didn't realize the other hens would attack her as a newcomer even though she's been in the coop this whole time. She's still broody and I'll probably take those eggs from her soon. That shouldn't be too hard since I'll put her on the roost at night once it cools down. I can control the light in the coop.
