still just doing the weak tea coloured betadine! Again no sign of maggots when I touch the areas but I'm still worried! Did you know if there's anything I can do to draw them out if they are there? Being over paranoid about it I guess but it can't hurt! And yes the dog, that's tilly ( tilly and lilly lol) she's a rescue I have brought up from 3 weeks old, I trust her, they will never be left alone together and Lily's hutch is very secrure! So she is safe from tilly and my other non trust worthy dog who is locked up when lily is out! But I had to say it was a cute picture

It is a cute pic. use the warm water and salt pour over her wound till she is saturated. if you have Epsom salt that would work to. make the solution pretty strong so if there are still maggots they will be forced out. Just don't let her drink the ES water or salt water. But if you can soak her that would be better. when say warm water and salt I mean mix the warm water an salt together lol [sometimes I forget to explain] when i have to soak anyone in Epsom salt water i use a plastic dish pan will with the water and salt mix well then plop the duck in and use my hand or cup and poor the mix over keeping the head out of the pan so they don't drink the water. ES is also a laxative and salt of course will dehydrate if drank.

I will do that shortly :) just out waddling around the garden ATm :) it's quite a warm day here and she chilling in the shade! Clever duck! I was wondering if it would be okay to add some veggies and fruit to her diet? Her duck mix looks pretty boring!
