Help!! Mucous looking blob hanging out of newly hatched chick

Has anyone seen this before? What should I do??

Put the chick back in the incubator to air dry and gain strength. It looks like what is left of the yolk sack and the chick will absorb it for energy.

I think, I'm not positive!

I would give it more time in the incubator
