Help my 1 month old chick is not doing so good.

I have a 1 month old chicken that is not eating or drinking very much. Also he doesn't walk around and is puffed up and sleeping a lot. He was fine yesterday when I was giving them water and food.When I went to go feed and water them just now I found him huddling in the corner away from the other chick and the ducklings.And his poop is Brown and watery. I have him in his own little container with food and water in my house at the moment.If anyone could help me figure out what is wrong with this little guy, and also how to get him to perk up and eat and drink more would be so amazing.

You might want to start him on some Corid, Amprol or Ampromed and be keep him in a warm room (80-85 degrees).

Keep him warm and try to get him to drink warmed water, gatorade or pedialyte.
