Help My 2 Month old Baby Goat has the Scours

I took all of her food away just clean water, and have been giving her petobismol. Tell me about this so my other two pygmy goats i got at about 1-2 months old and they always ran around playing and jumping and yelling but this goat is FAR diff she hardly ever yells she never runs she just lays around in the hay box or is always laying around she has been here about 5 days

Again, I would at least call the vet. I don't rush my pets to the vet unless there is an extreme emergency like when my goat broke its leg - but I do call her, sometimes in middle of night when one is really sick, like with diarreah and lethargic (like your baby goat) and she will tell me what to do over the phone. Had a new GP puppy with awful horrible-smelling, runny, mustard-yellow diarreah at 10:30 p.m. Easter Eve terrified it was Parvo. Called vet and she diagnosed Cocci over the phone, asked if I had any sulfa drug on hand, I did, I had Sulmet, told me to give her and her brother the Sulmet, told me how much - problem solved - $0 vet fee and two happy healthy, growing puppies.

I have learned that with goats they hide their sypmtoms well. Sometimes you never see a symptom - just find a dead goat. Any 2 month old goat that has diarreah and has been lethargic for the 5 days you have had her needs to see a vet or at least consult a vet - that's not panicking - that's just the way it is.

You might also consider taking a poo sample to the vet and having it checked for Cocci. I bought a couple of babies recently and the breeder advised me to watch for any persistent diarrhea as the temps warm up. I had one little wether with diarrhea but it cleared up after I gave the Probios powder. She told me if the Probios did not work to try a product like Scour Halt (she called it liquid cork!) or if that did not work to take a poo sample in for testing.

She also recommended that they be on a medicated feed (just the babies, not the adults) to help prevent cocci.

she needs to have rough grass or cereal hay to bind her up

Benign negligence - she's acting different so you need to treat her. Specially if its been several days of out of character.

Did you edit your first post? I could have sworn you said she was acting normal in the first post, which is why I initially said she didnt need treatment.

Help.
I have a 2 week old baby goat who usually eats his 8 oz and wants more. Tonight he only drank 6 oz and has a runny nose. He is still playful but he has diarrhea bad. It is yellow but has no consistency. We have had him for a week and he doesnt seem to be gaining weight.
I feed him a mix of whole milk,1 can of evaporated milk, and a cup of buttermilk. His brother is striving and would love more but I am afraid to over feed.
Could it be a change in weather?

Is it bad to feed goats alfalfa or alfalfa pellets? I was under the impression it was good for them?
Alfalfa is a fine feed for dairy goats. That is what a lot of goats are fed. Where I lived in California there were, and are, a lot of goats and they are fed almost exclusively on alfalfa. If I had goats where I live now they would not be getting alfalfa simply because it is not readily available here. The only problem with alfalfa may be that if the goat is not used to it and eats it there may be a digestive upset. Sudden changes in diet can cause all sorts of problems. My goats were fed alfalfa and only very occasionally did they get any other kind of hay. That said, pet goats and wethers do not need alfalfa. Grass hay will do them just fine. I seldom fed grass hay because good grass hay was not easily found where I lived.
