Help! My 3 day-old chick is having trouble standing.

My chick hatched about 3 days ano.It was doing great.The first two days very active. Today we had to encourage it to eat because it was not eating and drinking on its own. Now this evening it is having trouble standing and One of its legs is dragging behind it as it tries to scoot along the bottom of the box. Is there anything I can do for it or should I
give it some time to rest?

What are you feeding it? Do you only have the one chick? What is the temperature where you are keeping it? How are you keeping it warm? What kind of container are you keeping it in, and what kind of bedding is in the container or brooder you have it in? If it's in the house, is anybody cooking on pans with Teflon coating?

She literally just died in my hands.

I was keeping her in my house in a box lined with paper and piece of felt and a heater. We were going to get a brooder after but she was an unexpected chick.
