Help! My 5 Week old Roo was attacked by a cat

My 5 Week old Roo was attacked by a cat and has a puncture/scrape wound on his neck... it's not super large, but is there anything I can do at home to clean and help it from getting infected? I've heard that I can use Neosporen on a chicken... has anyone heard this?
