HELP!!!!!! my 7 week old barred rock chick wings don't work!!!!

i have a 7 week old baby barred rock chick and her wings don't work. The other chicks fly good but, she won't. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Is she lethargic, not eating/drinking, laying/sitting down?

Some chicks just don't fly. Is it because she can't or won't?
