Help! My 8 day old chick is getting weaker and not really moving!

Stella's mom was getting ansi and stepping on her in the coop (her mom had already killed one chick) so I brought Stella inside. At first she was doing fine but today she wouldn't move and she won't open her eyes! I've tried giving her water and applesauce (room temp) but she's not consuming much. At this moment I have her on my lap, wrapped in an old washrag trying to keep her warm. She just started peeping a little right this second... but she's still really weak and not moving or opening her eyes.. PLEASE HELP?
