Help My 8 week old white rock hen is sick with red butt

I'm really new at raising chickens. My 8 week white rock hen has no feathers just below her breast to below her butt. She's breathing heavy, very listless. Eating and drinking a little. Her nose looks like its draining. She's sleeping a lot. Does anyone know what's wrong and how to treat her?
