HELP, my adult turkey keeps falling over!

I have a 2 year old male bronze breasted named Broccoli-Anne (LOL). Just recently he has not been able to stand up straight and is tilting forward like he can't get his balance. when he does walk, sometimes he just flaps until he falls on his chest. I can't be 100% sure, but his feet don't look to have any abnormalities. About half a year ago he had bumble foot on one foot but I finally got rid of that. Could this be a disease that makes him dizzy or is it something wrong with his legs?

P.S. I had ducks that began falling over every time they walked and I found out it was a disease (can't remember the name) but I gave them shots of penicillin and they recovered.

Do you know if he's a pure standard? Is there a possibility he could be mixed with a double breasted?

"Bronze Breasted" most likely refers to "Broad Breasted Bronze". Is he a BIG bird, say over 25-30 pounds? If so, it's the nature of the beast as humans have manipulated them for meat production. Once they start to show leg and hip issues and stop trying to walk, it's not long before they succumb to their own anatomy.
