Help! My almost 6 month old hen has little white worms in her poo!

I just discovered white tiny pellet sized worms wiggling in my almost 6 month old hen's poop. We clean her poop up around our yard and so forth daily and have never seen any in her poop before. How do I get rid of these safely and could they kill her and how would she have gotten these? I also have 2 small dogs and one ate part of her poop which was black and runny (which also isn't normal) the other day before I could stop her. I am concerned that maybe the dogs could get these also. Please help!

Can you post a poop picture please? And yes, I'd worm your dogs once the parasite is identified.

Put apple cider vinegar in the water for the chickens and dogs! Once they have gotten rid of them, it will help prevent any additional intestinal worms

Thank you for the feedback! I have been putting organic apple cider vinegar in our hen's water due to our excessive heat right now, so that should also be helping with the worms. I unfortunately did not get a picture of it..I was so grossed out and didn't want the dogs to get it, so I cleaned it up right away. The poop was dark and it looked like it had many small pieces of white rice in it. When I looked closer, the pieces were wiggling or moving. Ick.

I haven't seen any more poop with the little white rice-like moving bugs..it's the only poop pile that we found like that so far. HOPEFULLY the organic apple cider vinegar and the de-worming food pellets medicine that I picked up at SS that I then coated in lots of cayenne pepper did the trick!

Update: Thankfully we have not seen any more of these mysterious squirming white bugs in our hen's poop..or our dogs' at all for that matter. Someone suggested that maybe she had eaten something with maggots on it, and we had seen a large number of flies in the yard on some of her poop the day or two before this happened. Maybe she ate some of it. We are diligently cleaning all poop up on a daily basis and have not seen anything else, so maybe that was it. I sure hope that was the end of the ick.
