HELP!!! My baby chick are my nose ring.

Hey y'all! I am new to the forum and also to raising BYC. We have a 2 week old Silver Laced Wyandotte named Jellybean and I was holding her close to my face talking to her and she all of the sudden jumped up and grabbed my nose ring and swallowed it.

What should I do? I don't want it to get stuck in her crop or intestines.

Well better your nose ring than plucking your eye out. Chickens are attracted to shiny objects. So eyes, earrings, piercings etc. are all in the danger zone. If you can get her to eat some short strings pulled off a celery stalk- it tends to wrap around objects and would keep her safe till it works out the other end.
