Help my baby chick

My 3 day old chicken still cant walk. I put a rubber band around her legs yesterday and it hasn't helped yet. I cant tell if she has splayed legs or something worse. Please help.

I've only had one chick with splay leg, and I used a strip of bandaid to hobble the legs about an inch or more apart. It took 4 days, and the chick had problems with balance, but finally got the hang of it. A slipped tendon could be a problem that is almost very hard to treat. A search at the top of this page will bring up many threads about slipped tendon and what it looks like. One leg will usually stick out with the foot turned outward.
