Help my baby guinea keet like this morning

I found my baby guinea keet like this morning it's just this one another one same age as each other. The other keet is doing great. But this one has a couple injuries. Jerking around some. Keeps opening and closing it's mouth. Has a small injury on its legg and side of head.

Can't really tell anything from your picture. From your description it sounds like it may have been pecked in the head by some other poultry.
