@staceyj I didn't want to streach the thread too much , users those who want a solution might get trouble, so thought to put the end results directly., I having chat conversations with @Saaniya regularly and she is monitoring my activity and health of my rooster. Yes there is a health progression. Still he makes very less movement and sleeps a lot and gets dehydrated but change in his food , medicine and water made him bit active. From last 2 days he started crowing back but a very less. He just needed is a cool climate or environment, which I am unable to provide a better cool environment due to these high heated climate. The temperature reached to 43°C yesterday. Overnight poop deposit are same whitish but daytime it has greatly reduced .

Im glad to hear that your rooster is making improvement, however small.
And also glad that @Saaniya is guiding you successfully.
Keeping chickens cool in hot and humid climates is indeed a challenge.
My summertime temperatures range from 30-40 degrees Celsius
With a relative humidity range of 70-95%.
People have come up with creative ways to help them including fans and also plastic water jugs and bottles full of water, frozen solid, then put where the chicken can sit near or even lean against them if they wish, to cool their bodies.
Best wishes friend. Please keep in touch!
Yeah summer is high problem for chickens
Its been so high hot humid weather here in India almost 45C
Even my rooster seems not liking to eat feed so I need to give them starter crumbles
@connectdave humidity cause chickens to pant , open mouth breathing holding wings out ..
Like I said before when u notice my roosters can't able to stand in hotness of sun I decided to let them live in Air Conditioner 24X7 so now they seems much relaxed
If you are unable to provide them cool .
U can use a water sprayer and spray on them or give them light bath so they will act cool at least for 2-3 hours before installing AC IN MY ROOSTERS ROOM I USE TO GIVE THEM BATH IN EVERY 2 HOURS WHEN ITS REACH 42c
It helps alot
Thinking of bringing a cooler to home. Can't afford AC with my current position and salary. Sprinkling water might work. Yes both of my roosters too spread their wings. Currently I am taking the help of ice cubes in water to keep them cool and drink.
