Help, my chick is suddenly very sick!

My chick suddenly as of yesterday started becoming lethargic, puffed and closing eyes. There is no blood in her poop but she has had some irregular runny poos. Yesterday I noticed she wasn’t hitting the food when pecking.. like leaning to the right and pecking the air. She was on vitamins in her water before this presented. I put her on corid as of yesterday since it seemed to come on quickly. Today she is reaching her neck out to breathe. She isn’t congested and I can’t hear an audible wheeze. Any ideas for a quick treatment. I don’t have access to an avian vet here locally.

Have you been able to cheke if she has anything trapped in her throat?

I have looked with a flashlight and can’t see anything. I have been giving her water with a dropper and she has ate some of a mix of water and chick starter.

I have been checking and I’m not feeling anything there.

My chicken looked similar but that was a fungal and I used canesten/clotrimazole
