Help! My chick makes a squeaky/whistling sound every time she breathes

One of my week old chicks is making a squeaky/whistling sound every time she breathes in and out. Its very audible and I don't know what to do about it. So far she is eating/drinking still, but she has been very subdued today compared to the others.

Has anyone else experienced this? I am very worried about her.

I had a chick that did that at hatch and I was very worried, but it did fine. I hope it's just temporary like mine was-- gone after 2 weeks! Good luck!
