Help my chick!!!

My chick is very weak and its skin around its beak is blood red please help ASAP!!!

Can you post a photo?
How old is your chick?
You can try giving some vitamins/electrolytes in the water, if it won't drink, you can use an eye dropper or syringe to slowly feed it a few drops of water at a time.
