Thank you for your information I'm positive it was ovarian cancer only reason why I think it is because all of the organs looked good and healthy . Most of the little white spots were around the reproduction organs and on the intestines .I look at her heart there was no problem with it or the lungs . Lungs looked good still light pink . Liver looked good no spots on it .I cut the liver and it was healthy no problem there. Just spots on her intestines and ovaries. When she was alive her comb and wattles where not a bluish colour they where red . She just looked like she was in a lot of pain.

Unfortunately cancer becomes common when they get older. Some breeds seems more susceptible than others. Its good you were able to open her up. It is hard watching them die.
