So I found her just laying on the ground in the chicken coop all muddy and not standing up. So I isolated her and gave her food and water and she began standing up and walking around but she is still not eating. She is drinking but she has this weird neck thing going on. Here is a video:

What is her diet?
Start by Give her 400i.u vitamin E capsule and about a third of a B complex tablet every day for a few weeks. You can get these at the grocery store

Can you check to see if she has anything stuck inside her beak or throat?

A photo of both eyes?

What do you feed, including treats?

Looking at some of your previous posts - this is not the first time you've had some problems with a hen having balance issues or an illness.

You need to think what they may be getting into and check your feed to make sure it's not moldy, old or rancid. A photo of the nutritional tag on the feed bag would be good to see.
Do your hens have access to a compost pile?

I'd work on getting her hydrated first. Once she's drinking really well, hold some soupy feed up to her beak and see if she can eat a little something.
You can find Vitamin E and B-Complex at stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Get a bottle of each. Give your hen 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily along with bits of soft cooked egg to help with the uptake of E. Make sure she's eating her normal feed too.
