We've been feeding her vitamins mixed with an egg yolk, she got better then she got worse we don't know what's wrong with her. Pls pls help!

Your hen looks very ill. Chickens are great at hiding illness until they are really sick. Is this the only bird you have? Have you wormed her (them)? Do her poops look normal? You should check for mites/lice as they can cause anemia. Have her comb and wattles changed color? Become pale? Take care not to OD her on the vitamins. Is she eating a chicken-balanced diet? Egg yolk (much better cooked) is healthy, but not if that's all she's eating. Is she drinking?
